L’azienda Palombo e` un’impresa a conduzione
essenzialmente familiare e poggia le sue basi su tradizioni vitivinicole molto forti:
infatti il Sig. Giovanni Palombo e i suoi due figli rappresentano la quarta generazione di
viticoltori della famiglia Palombo.
Inoltre, Atina, cittadina situata nella Val Comino ad un’altitudine di mt. 500
s.l.m., costituisce un ambiente naturale ideale per la coltivazione di vini pregiati di
alta qualita`. In particolare vogliamo sottolineare la piu` che centenaria tradizione del
Cabernet di Atina, che e` ormai entrata a far parte della storia e della cultura della
citta`. Forte delle tradizioni familiari e come unica rappresentante delle tradizioni del
luogo, l’Azienda Palombo ha come scopo principale quel continuo sviluppo e
ammodernamento, puntando su nuove tecnologie di produzione e su ottimi vigneti, per poter
sempre ottenere vini genuini, pregiati e di alta qualita`. La valorizzazione delle grandi
potenzialita` della zona e dell’impegno dell’Azienda Palombo sono alla base del
riconoscimento dell’Atina D.O.C. e del Cabernet di Atina D.O.C., anche nella versione
"Riserva". I prodotti dell’azienda sono una testimonianza concreta di
questa bella realta` vitivinicola.
The Palombo family is essentially a family managed
company and rests its foundations on the very strong grape and wine culture tradition: in
fact, Mr Giovanni Palombo and his two sons represent the fourth generation of
viticulturists of the Palombo family.
Also, Atina, a town located in Val Comino at an altitude of 500 meters above sea-level,
constitutes an ideal natural environment for the cultivation of grape vines, and, olso,
for the production of high quality precious wines.
In particular we want to emphasize the more than 100 hundred year-old tradition of the
Cabernet grapes of Atina, that has by now entered the history and culture of the town.
Strong family traditions and as the only representative of the traditions of the place,
the Palombo company has as the scope that of carrying out a company policy of continuous
development and modernization, pointing on new production technologies and on excellent
vineyards, so as always to obtain a genuine, precious and quality wine.
The products of the Palumbo company are a concrete testimony of the beautiful grape and
wine culture of the zone: we can mention, other than the Cabernet wine, a Merlot wine of
rich bouquet done in barrels of oak, a Novello wine (fresh wine) of delicate fruity odors
and a white wine of a fresh and delicate aroma.
La maison Palombo est une entreprise
essentiellement à gestion familiale qui se fonde sur des traditions vinicoles très
fortes. Monsieur Giovanni Palombo, en effet, et ses deux fils, représentent la quatrième
génération de viticulteurs de la famille Palombo.
En outre, Atina, petit village situé dans la Vallée de Comino à 500 mètres
d’altitude sue le niveau de la mer, représente le milieu naturel idéal pour la
culture de la vigne et donc pour la production de vins réputés de haute qualité.
On veut souligner surtout le Cabernet d’Atina avec sa tradition plus que centenaire,
qui fait partie désormais de l’histoire et de la culture de la ville.
Grâce à sa tradition de famille, et au fait d’être la seule représentante des
traditions locales, la maison Palombo a comme but principal celui de poursuivre une
politique de développement et de modernisation, en comptant sur de nouvelles technologies
de production et sur d’excellents vignobles, de façon à obtenir toujours des vins
naturels, réputés et de qualité.
Les produits de la maison Palombo sont les témoignages concrets de la belle réalité
vinicole de la région: on peut citer, outre au Cabernet, un Merlot au riche bouquet,
passé dans des barriques en rouvre, un vin noveau au bouquet délicat et fruité, et un
blanc à l’arôme frais et délicat.

sehr starke Familientraditionen im Weinbau zurück. Herr Giovanni Palombo und seine beiden
Söhne stellen bereits die vierte Winzergeneration der Familie Palombo dar.
Das Städtchen Atina, das im Tal Valle di Comino auf einer Höhe von 500 Metern über dem
Meeresspiegel gelegen ist, stellt außerdem einen idealen natürlichen Raum für den
Weinanbau und somit für die Herstellung von hochwertigen Weinen von großer Qualität
dar.
Insbesondere wollen wir die mehr als hundert Jahre alte Tradition des Cabernet di Atina
hervorheben, der zum Bestandteil der Geschichte und der kultur der Stadt geworden ist.
Im Bewußtsein der Stärke der Familientradition und als einziger Vertreter der
Ortstraditionen, hat sich der Betrieb Palombo das Hauptziel gesetzt, eine Politik der
stetigen Entwicklung und Modernisierung zu verfolgen. Dazu setz man auf neue
Herstellungstechnologien und auf ausgezeichnete Weingelände, um somits stets reine,
hochwertige Qualitätsweine zu erhalten.
Die produkte der Firma Palombo sind ein konkretes Zeugnis der Weinbauqualität in dieser
Gegend. Außer dem bereits erwähnten Cabernet sind folgende Weine zu nennen: Merlot mit
reichem Buket, das sich in Eichenfässern entfaltet, Novello mit erlesener Blume sowie ein
Weisswein mit frischem und erlesenem Aroma.
